Great customer service. Staff is very friendly
Walked into the store with my partner as we wanted to smell cologne so he could get one. An employee quickly comes over and just stands quite close to us, watching us as if we are going to steal - doesn't even say hi, ask how we are or ask if we need any help. It was very uncomfortable and we quickly left.
I generally enjoy coming into Dior and do so regularly. I am very sad to say last night Dior's service was not satisfying. I walked in already knowing what I was going to purchase. As Christmas approaches, I understand it is busy and was expecting some wait time, but when I asked the staff for assistance, they seemed uninterested and dismissive. It was disappointing and made me reconsider my loyalty to Dior.
