The staff & community here are amazing! Some of the most friendly, welcoming and genuine people I've ever met. I did my first women's beginners self defence class last week (which was really empowering and a lot of fun) and cannot wait to go back. The instructors were patient, knowledgeable and made the class enjoyable for everyone. Definitely recommend!
