Terrible department. They are super unfriendly and unprofessional. It is super unbelievable this kinds of people can represent SA government. They knew they made mistakes but they literally said "Well, we cannot fix it". What a joke.
Terrible service no one to talk too. Sent emails as requested no reply . Still waiting for my sole trader payment from last lockdown in July what an absolute joke . And you say we're in this together how about you politicians take a pay cut and see how you survive ?
In Nov-20, the Department of Treasury and Finance extended Covid-19 financial support to sole traders - so long as they operate from commercial premises. Why bother? I would guess that more than 99% of sole traders operate from their homes. What a joke.
