We brought in our VW Amarok to have some repairs done, they were the best priced repairer for what was needed and their service was second to none. The staff are really friendly and helpful and kept in contact every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with their Service and would highly recommend.
The service is below par. It lacks professionalism. Took our Tiguan to have it serviced. Was told it would take 1½hours. 3hours later it was ready. When asked why it took so long no one could give a valid answer. The final straw was when we went to pick up the vehicle and it wasn't washed.
I purchased my car through Sutton's in 2017 and have since taken it in for its annual services. The customer service was fantastic and the team showed a lot of knowledge and expertise. The service team is swift and reliable, always keeping in touch and providing excellent recommendations if something ever needs addressing. Highly recommend Denlo Volkswagen Parramatta!
