I’ve tried phone calls, email, Facebook and not one reply after nearly a week regarding an inverter issue. Seriously my biggest regret ever was purchasing a Delta Inverter.
As with a lot of people, have been trying to contact Delta (For an EV charge box issue) but just feel ignored. Phone calls, emails, calling other companies partnering with Delta to get a contact there.. nothing. They are very slack with responses. I'm very disappointed with their customer service.
To cut the story short, we installed a solar system using a delta inverter about 5.5yrs ago. The inverter would trip out the switch in the metrebox out the front.
