Very Disappointed, an occurrence has happened to me multiple times. I know that you need a license to buy alcohol and be over 18 years of age, but I have been a member with Dan Murphys since I turned 18 in 2017, I have a long lasting relationship with the company, so it is extremely frustrating when the staff asks for my ID every time I make a purchase. It’s even better when other people skip the line when they ask for their ID and then just walk out of the store. This has happened so many times, I can’t even count them anymore. I understand that they are doing their job, but surely if I am a member and they have my details on record, they should not have to ID me every single time I go into the store. They should know by now that I’m over the legal age limit. It’s just so frustrating and I would appreciate if this matter could be resolved.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude, unhelpful staff. Will never shop here again. I would give this place a 0 star rating if I could.
