I was treated in a very demeaning manner by the shop assistant who literally laughed in my face when I queried the price of an item. The owner/managers didn’t seem very genuinely apologetic either. I would recommend avoiding this place all together.
I used to be a very loyal customer, but very slowly, since the new owners, the quality of the fruit and vegetables has declined but not the price. My most recent substandard experience was that two apples had bad bits deliberately obscured by stickers.
Best quality fruit and veg in the area. Service is also excellent. Yesterday upon closing I had 3 people running around grabbing me things off my list that were packed away, all with a smile. Thank you so much! Keep it up.
