Worst company to deal with. Only want to make money. three weeks still not fixed. Three time technician came still not able to find out the problem. No answer when they are going fix their own forklift. Worst customer service. NEVER EVER BUY CROWN FORKLIFT. making thousand of dollars bill when they do not even know what s the problem.
Have been using crown forklifts for over 15 years, however have decided to give another brand a go. Unfortunately it felt like services was racking up unnecessary repairs costings $1k - 2k each bi-annually visit and the lack of customer care.
I bought a hand pallet truck with a 2 year warranty total parts and labour. I had problems after 1 month the service technician came out and fixed it, the company gave me a bill which was later withdrawn. had problems with the front wheels …
