Long wait on the phones, it would cost heaps if I was OS. And so bloody difficult to navigate for a senior citizen. Responses defy logic, maybe not to the builder but to me , AWFUL.

Phone service abysmal. This seems the common gripe of your customers. The words"Our Team " surely is a furphy. The one person dealing with phone calls must be overwrought with tiredness by end of day.. Increase your phone staff to an efficient level.
