Was originally told two week wait to get some work done... turned into two months and hadn't even started. Took my business elsewhere. Constantly getting told next week, next week.. I guess unless your a massive business they look like they don't put any emphasis on smaller jobs.
Reliable and reasonably priced. Never had a problem with quality of work or timing over several custom jobs.
