I am so thrilled with the team at Cosmopolitan Shutters! From the first call, Lisa popped in later that day, did a measure up, showed examples and was just pragmatic and good natured. I don't need the hard sell, I need the truth. I had black hardware chosen and a white shutter so it was important the black blended in, they also remedied the odd staggered effect I've seen around. It's the little things that matter and despite me bugging them... all the time, they answered and delivered which is not a given today. Thanks for the seamless experience!
