I visited the school today with my grandson who didn't feel comfortable in the school due to some reasons. The receptionist even did not respond to my greetings to her and pointed out the boy to enter his details. Reception is the face of an institution. I felt disrespected.
Have been trying for three days to get in touch regarding enrolment. Goes to a voice mail and no one ever calls back. Even tried diverting to reception and guess what….. no answer either.
