Rude, disrespectful, not polite or helpful. Embarrassing customer service over the phone by a japanese woman has no idea about visa or oversea travel (COVID vaccination situation etc) as I needed some informations about going back to Japan …
I was expecting a bad experience after reading the other reviews but it was the exact opposite. They will help you with everything you need. It only took about 5 minutes and the woman handling my application was one of the nicest people you will ever meet.
