Just had my Gibson J45 set up by Simon with a new nut, neck straightened, a strap button fitted. I also had the battery pack resecured with new velcro and the battery replaced. New strings on and it was ready to go! Plays like a dream! I can highly recommend Concept and Simon to set up your guitar!

Customer service was average. The staff seemed a bit disinterested and there was a long wait time. Not the best experience overall.
