For a team that was extremely busy and under a lot of pressure my experience was made very relaxing and comfortable. I was in contact with reception, nursing staff and a doctor and everything went smoothly. I waited a while but a reasonable amount of time considering they were very busy
As usual the staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful and efficient. My doctor dealt with the reason for my visit in a manner that was very professional and helpful.
I didn’t have an appointment, I was in tremendous pain. There was no problem being seen by a nurse and then a Dr. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the moment I entered until I left. Thank you to all staff
