Closing at 8pm is so early compared to most in Australia. So many tourists wanted to get supplies and were annoyed at the closing time. WW and IGA were the winners!
Decent range, can be a pain when doing a large shop as they don't like opening assisted registers. Self service registers are terrible when doing a large shop.
The Coles Karratha Supermarket was not impressive. There are hardly ever any employees working at the checkouts, and I don't want to check out my own groceries when I spend $300. The closing time of 8pm is too early for tourists who need supplies. Woolworths and IGA were more convenient options. The range of products is decent, but the assisted registers are not readily available, and the self-service registers are not suitable for big shopping trips. Overall, my experience was not good. I rate it 2 out of 5.
