We spent over $100,000 on doors and windows with Coastal during our build some years ago. Now the rubber seals are coming out of the fixed glass windows and they are not interested in fixing the problem. When we pressed them about their service warranty they brushed it off as 'wear and tear'. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service.
