Terrible customer service as they can't answer basic questions
The rest of the reviews must be employees? This place is the ultimate in shake and bake scams and a veritable CLIP JOINT -or in Japan a Bottakuri. They charge 7-8 times what you would pay for normal items ALONG WITH paying for so called complimentary items you don't want and then charge 20% on top of that to manipulate the system. Really really poor show. Sadly everything is owned by the chinese. The japanese have been sold out.

Great ambiance and decor, the staff is attentive and friendly, we had a wonderful time here.
Expensive but worth it, had an amazing experience at this club. The hostesses were beautiful and the service was top-notch.
