He patiently sourced a plant, a pot & a card to be delivered as a gift for a friend on anniversary of her Mother's death. Was polite, thoughtful & provided excellent personalized service. Thankyou for a really great service experience .
My 11 year old walked in and said 'Mum, this is like Bunnings but better!' The staff were incredibly helpful with service and advice with a genuine smile, and Jacob even removed my cargo barrier so I could fit a jack and Jill seat in to take it home...above and beyond...thank you! My favourite shop ever!!!
