Worst bank ever, rude customer service, the security guy even shouted at me after I failed to answer his question. They locked my account without any notices after I transfered money to the car dealer. Try to avoid this bank at all cost!
Citi Premier card support call centre is doing a good job. There is an opportunity to shorten the IVR selection is tree. Buit, once it reaches to the agent the service is great.
After 35 years, never missing a single Credit Card repayment in full, my Card Renewal was "Declined", with no notice and no reason given. Left me in difficult situation. Impossible to phone in Australia. New owners NAB don't care.
