The forest is so beautiful, and it is a good place to spend time with kids. The atmosphere of the sunrise in the morning is fantastic. However, the location of the bathroom is too far from some spot and the way to toilet is too dark at night. Overall, it is a satisfactory camping site
A wonderful day out for the family! We secured a lovely fire pit and brought our own wood to start a fire. Perfect gathering place! Kids loved the creek and sliding down the mud hills and running through the forest identifying mushrooms. When it started to rain more heavily, we headed under the shelter until it passed.
Beautiful camp grounds, with good access to hybrid toilets. If the ground is dry and then it rains there is quite a build up of water, which takes a while to drain. (Photo included) But once the ground is been wetted, subsequent rains drain …
