The park is decent enough but the swimming area is pretty gross. Still… jumped in on Australia Day and had a dip and it was a bit of fun. Pretty great looking at boats you’ll never be able to afford.
For a spare of the moment decision to cool off on a hot evening, it's perfect. Saves having to travel to the eastern beaches at night! It's fenced off so is save for kids to swim here. But to find the place, you'd blink and miss it. Unless …
