I called to make a reservation for my son's appointment and the receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She seemed more interested in talking to her co-worker than assisting me with my concerns. I expected better customer service from a mental health clinic.
I brought my daughter here for an evaluation and it was a complete waste of time. The staff seemed disinterested and provided no valuable insights or recommendations. We left feeling frustrated and no closer to getting the help we needed.
