Absolutely garbage service. I met my wife at this hotel and we were trying to celebrate our anniversary. After seeing a show at the ICC we went to the Champagne Bar at the Sofitel. After we got off the lift we waited at the entry of the bar, but no one came to seat us. There were plenty of empty tables inside, but no staff to be found. We waited for 10 minutes before deciding to leave and find somewhere else to celebrate. Very disappointing experience.
