Signed up for silver insurance and had to jump through hoops to make a claim and after 3 months later was denied. Turns out flood damage in the silver package doesn't include when fill that washes out from under concrete from overflowing.

Great insurance company used for my business policies.
The customer service was terrible. They were rude and unhelpful.
I had to wait over an hour just to speak to a representative.
The facilities were outdated and not well-maintained.
Overall, my experience with CGU Insurance was unsatisfactory. They did not provide the coverage I expected and the claims process was complicated and frustrating.
