The facilities are very clean and well maintained. There are a few cafes around where you can buy some food or a drink. A large help desk if you have any questions. There are clean bathrooms with the addition of unisex stalls.
huge (largest of OZ) railway station, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. plenty of info monitors+bathrooms. access to grand concourse via elizabeth street only with ticket (or credit card), had to walk all the way around to meet friends. but overall very pleasant experiences there, australian trains are worth their money
