I popped into Catanach’s jewellery shop 2 days ago as my gold identity bracelet clasp was loose ( it was my late father’s). They kindly repaired it for me on the spot. When I asked what I owed them, the lady said there was no charge !! What great service and kindness not witnessed enough nowadays. Thank you
