The staff is always friendly, they are efficient, and they always do a thorough job. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The only downside is that sometimes they are busy and the wait time can be a bit long, but overall I am very satisfied with their service.

I went to the cashier and asked for a refund of the extra $10 but the lady said there was nothing she could do. I was very unhappy with their poor customer service and won't be coming back.

Their lack of professionalism and care for their customers' property is unacceptable. Find another car wash that knows how to do their job properly.
