Stay away. I used this company for international shipping and their agent at the destination end was of no help and appears to have little experience. When I attempted to contact this company for help with their agent, they ignored ALL of my calls and emails. I had to find a different way to resolve my issue. Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism.
