I can understand the higher prices seeing as this isn't a big company like bunnings, but customer service was absolutely appalling. The man we spoke to for help was extremely dismissive and unhelpful only ever giving quite rude one word responses.
Great variety and could easily have bought at least half a dozen items if I hadn't already loaded up through their online store. Much nicer seeing gouges, stones and carving tools in the store to get an idea of size and suitability. Well laid out shop.
