My boss bought a drink over 9 months old and was not offered a refund or apology. The service is terrible and frankly the regional manager Rob is a disgrace and should be sacked asap. Please do not shop here if you value your peace of mind.
Terrible service, especially the old lady in charge and clueless young man
this staff is very rude. when it was 20minutes left to close，he is very unpolite to the customers and told them only 5 minutes . He did not want the customers to shop.
