Flinders Rangers outback campground. A little too dry to what we normally experience here many years ago, but still a great spot. The facilities were ok. This is true outback camping and the stars at night are incredible. Sitting around a nice campfire roasting marshmallows relaxing with an Aussie Red wine. Not bad at all.
Definitely the best campground we stayed at. Spacious toilets with paper and water tanks and info signs. Visual privacy is good and plenty of shade by the creek. The area sounds like an Ampitheatre so try being quiet if you mind your neighbours hearing your conversations
Good for solo campers, can spread out to a degree if multiple people/groups here. It's a little further away from the main attractions but that helps to keep numbers down. …
