Love the brand, love the clothes. Won’t be going back to this store purely based on the customer service. One guy in the back too busy texting, and the female attendant standing back crossed armed and glaring making me and my partner uncomfortable.
Max was an absolute delight to work with. Extremely professional, helpful and gave advice without being pushy. Would 100% come here again and even pay double for the top class service! Rare you find service like this these days.
Good clothes and range for when you want to look sharp and not every day - not cheap but if you want quality it doesn't come at department store pricing. Special call out to Remy for his assistance in recommending appropriate styling combos and general conversationalist - but Calibre always seems to hire great staff.
