Ordering from commercial side, the meat is always packed to size requested and consistently a great product to work with. Staff and management extremely helpful. One of the best I’ve worked with.
3 out of 4 times the meat has been ridiculously tough. Rump, pork medallions and beef eye fillet were all tough as rubber. Happy to give a small trader a go but thats enough times. Ill have to pay wollworths ridiculous price. At least the meat is good enough to eat.
