Horrendous service. Would give it zero stars if I could. Refuse to pick up the phone citing that their agents are busy when we all know they're just lazy. Tried to process a refund and none of the documents will go through because their "inbox is full". I'm sure the Ombudsman would love to hear about this one ???? …
Most horrible customer care ever.! they just now how to get money from people. I lodged for a refund as I have changed my company they don't even get back to you. Greedy scammed organisation who just know how to get into people's pocket lol
