If I could give this business zero stars I would. My mum drove from scone to singleton Bunnings and purchased 220mm coach bolts for a job that was urgent. The coach bolts were completely different to the packaging. She called them up and they said there is nothing they can do about it as they don't carry 220mm coach bolts. They told her to return them. What I find extremely disappointing is that there is no effort from them to find a store that supplies them as we are rural this is not just around the corner. Now my mum has to go back with the wrong coach bolts to get a refund, find the right ones elsewhere and take another drive to finally complete the job. It is not about the fact that the coach bolts were different and they made a mistake it is their attitude towards getting a satisfactory outcome for their clients.
