If your car runs well and you book 1 month ahead for servicing at top dollar, then their service is great. Not helpful with faults with the car, even if considered a dangerous risk. Common problem with VW Australia as I didnt even get any feed back from head office either/fb account

We gave the salesman, Chris, a bit of a challenge, as we don't make quick decisions. Just picked up our new Touareg, so far so lovely!!. What a car!. Thankyou Chris for your patience and assistance and also thanks to Paul and Garth for your help and knowledgeable advice. Car was delivered beautifully presented.
