Easily the worst customer service I have ever come across. Walked in on 3 separate occasions with the broken belt in hand that I needed a replacement for. Three staff members have on 3 separate occasions given me the wrong size belt all for different brands of door openers all on their computer and they couldn't get it. It tells you what belts to match up with peoples garage door openers and they have it on the screens. How hard is it to get the matching belt for …
