I purchased a Stihl pruning chain saw and wanted to purchase a replacement chain. They had none in stock and couldn’t even tell me when they might get more in. I wasn’t able to order one either but was put on a list to get a call when they had some stock in. I ended up getting on elsewhere.
After purchasing my Stihl hedge trimmer a year ago it gave me nothing but trouble. It's been in and out of the service shop three times. Each time the staff have been super helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend shopping here.
Excellent service, went out of their way to find two products not in stock. Have always provided good service in the past.
