The problem was quickly resolved and the car has been perfect since.
Bought a brand new 508 in November 2020. Due to prior poor experiences I was upfront with salesman that I would never bring car to Hiltons for service. At 3 month inspection at another dealer I asked why the steering felt strange. Was told there was a recall on some cars for steering. Car was driven to Hiltons to assess if mine was affected. Received a call saying the steering problems are due to the recall but mine is not included. I was then left with two shitty choices.. Pay up front on service or take the car in....

Unacceptable harassment. After 2 -3 times declined to answer calls! Random visiting customers! Lies that my 12 yo car was in storage, Denied to respond to revisit request with my car!

Absolutely the WORST service I have received ever. I traveled an hour to get there to pick up my vehicle, and was told they wouldn't to deal, ignored most of the time, and was told the vehicle was not for sale, all within 2 minutes after I arrived. Save yourself an over all bad experience
