My daughter was kept waiting 30 minutes before being told that the councillor was away sick. Receptionist has no idea what she's doing and the mental health team couldn't even contact me apolagise for not being able to see her.
Being kept waiting in the highlands is rather unusual for me. I expect it from St. George hospital back home but not here. Bloody hell
