Wasted 6 weeks dealing with this mob. Numerous phone calls trying to get someone to come and give a quote. They don’t turn up when they say they’re going to. No phone call to cancel. No apology even though I sit at home all day waiting for them. Very poor customer service.
The guys from Bolton’s have done 2 jobs for Cairns Golf Club in the last 12 months. Both times the crew were on time, did a great job and without any fuss. Their office staff were great to deal with too.
Very professional, they did a first class job. I'd recommend them to anyone.
