Overall, the customer service and staff were great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the facilities and amenities were outdated and not well-maintained. The sauna itself had a weird smell and there were signs of wear and tear. It definitely needs an upgrade.
The ambiance and decor of the sauna were lackluster. The atmosphere felt grungy and not very welcoming. It could really benefit from a makeover to create a more inviting and comfortable environment for guests.
The wait time for a private room was quite long. Despite making a reservation, I still had to wait for more than 30 minutes. It was frustrating and took away from the overall experience. They should work on improving their reservation system and reducing wait times.
Value for money was not great. The entry fee was quite expensive compared to other saunas in the area, and considering the outdated facilities and lack of cleanliness, it did not feel worth the price. I would have expected more for the cost.
