6 months I have been waiting for a refund, and the problem is still not resolved. Nobody seems to know what anybody is doing. I feel the whole company needs a complete overhaul.
Can be a little difficult to deal with unless you know your account number off the top of your head. I find the service a little bit like going through the motions.
