Asked how much dry ice I need for a ice cream party. The staff said can't advise which is fair enough and gave over 20kg of dry ice for a ice cream party. What a way to get a bad review. We only need maximum of a few kg. Don't bother asking …
Lacking customer service generally. Expensive. If you arent going to open on Saturdays, how about updating it online rather than wasting peoples time! Cancel all my gas bottles, I may as well go to bunnings for them, at least they are open on weekends and dont have rental fees.....
They're okay, I just wished they had more stock. But they sell what Bunnings doesn't sell. Will definitely go back. Damian is a nice guy to chat with.

They take forever to respond to inquiries and the prices are too high. Not worth the hassle.
