This service is absolutely disgusting. I've had to speak to an old lady in tears because she had the man yell at her in a parking lot full of people. Apparently all she had asked was about a small increase in the price, because she made the mistake of booking online and was carrying 40 dollars in cash.
I used a Black & white taxi from Brisbane airport to my hotel in Brisbane city. Arrived at my hotel I look on the counter which was written $53 so I prepare to pay this amount but unfortunately the driver erases the counter and sets it to $68 before I can reach for my wallet. Complete rip off. Not a trusting experience.
Reading other reviews confirms this company is putting children, elderly, and disabled people at risk. I highly discourage using this taxi service. Safety should be everyone's priority.
The driver was rude and unprofessional. He did not greet me when I entered the cab and was constantly on his phone throughout the journey. I felt very uncomfortable and will not be using this taxi service again.
I had to wait for over 30 minutes for a taxi to arrive, despite calling and booking one in advance. This is unacceptable and I will not be using this company again. The customer service was also very poor when I tried to inquire about the delay.
