The store has everything you would expect from big W. The staff are friendly and the service was fine. I don’t like the way Big W chains have their workers in casual clothing now, it’s hard to tell who works there.

Easy layout to the store so I was able to find what I was looking for nice and easy, then going through the self service checkout was even easier, all up I was only in Big W for roughly 15 minutes.
