Staff are very nice and enthusiastic, look more than happy to help you out. I definitely recommend getting the $38 deal because it has unlimited visits for 3 weeks, and free unlimted shoe and chalk hire during that same time. You need to go to this place. Also try out the 'no-hand' climbing wall if you want a very fun challenge.
