Beville’s your customer service team is a joke. I purchased a diamond ring online in a size L and was sent a size (N)2 sizes bigger so I called this morning pretty upset over the whole situation and your customer service representative was really unhelpful. She didn't apologize or even offer a solution. I'm very disappointed with the service I received.
I went back to Bevilles and they're still not going to do anything regarding my ring that has missing diamonds. They are saying that it is 4 years old and too worn to repair. The customer service representative even accused me of abusing the ring by the way that I wore it. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend Bevilles to anyone.
