We are very disappointed with the service department. Our 2020 Peugeot was fitted with a tow-bar at Bedggoods and we had problems with electrical connections in wet conditions from the beginning. Despite taking the car in 5 times for repairs, the issue was never resolved. The service department was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to our concerns. We highly recommend avoiding Bedggoods for service.
